January 3, 1984 – April 9, 2017

Andrew John Mook, 33, beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away suddenly at home April 9, 2017. 

Andrew had a passion for his three children and spent as much time as possible with them. He also loved computers and attended OWATC's Computer Tech program. He was also an avid video gamer.

Andrew is survived by his children: Sean, James, and Toni; parents, Richard Mook and Andrea Carr; siblings: Alana Marquez, Melinda Mook, and Brian Mook; grandparents, Al and Bobbi Williamson; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncle's.

Andrew is preceded in death by grandparents, Johannes Antoon and Gerry Mook; and step-father, Wrixon Carr.

A Celebration of Life will be held April 15, 2017 from 11 am  to 2 pm  at the LDS church in Hooper, 4979 S. 5100 W Hooper, UT.   In lieu of flowers donations can be made to help with service costs and his children at https://www.gofundme.com/3mk6cgg.
