Arcelia passed away in Mesa, AZ. due to domestic abuse. She leaves behind three children and her family residing in the Ogden area.
There will be a viewing October 13, 2008 at Larkin Mortuary from 5-8:00 pm. A funeral will be on Tuesday at 2pm. at St. Joseph's Church. 496-24th St. Ogden, UT.
Cremation will be under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory.
