Armstrong L. Owen departed this life on January 24th, 2024 to join his wife Bonnie E. Hirst Owen who passed away on March 22, 2023. They had been married 68 Years. He prided himself in helping others in guidance counseling with the Bureau of Indian Affairs And the Bureau of Reclamation Job Corp. He was an Excelled Jazz Drummer playing the Ogden area during the Railroad hay days and had many other talents. He will be greatly missed.
