Barbra Ann Carqueville passed away near her home in Ogden, Utah on Friday, January 22nd, 2016. She finally found peace after a lifelong struggle with mental illness. She will be missed terribly by her friends and family and remembered as the bright, spirited, strong, loving, thoughtful, talented, generous, smart and loyal person that she was.
She was a true gift on Earth and has blessed the lives of all of us who knew her. She was born in Hinsdale, IL and grew up in St. Charles, IL. Active in church, choir and soccer, she worked hard and excelled both in and out of school. She loved music and frequented concerts with friends. She graduated from St. Charles East High School (2002) and graduated with high honors from DePaul University (2006). She then went on to earn her Masters in Education. She was a dedicated teacher and found true joy in teaching her students.
She married Ryan Howa on August 2nd, 2014 surrounded by friends and family. She said that it was the best day of her life. She was fortunate to have traveled all over the world and loved making jewelry and spending time outdoors hiking, rock hounding and skydiving.
