Carrol Ernest George Holley

Carrol “Pa” Ernest George Holley, 69, passed away on October 13 th , 2023, at the University of Utah
hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Carrol was born on December 22 nd , 1953, in McAlester, Oklahoma, to
Floyd and Jesse Holley of Stigler, Oklahoma. Carrol never met a stranger and was known for having an
adventurous spirit. Carrol loved family and friends. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, and camping. Carrol
was preceded in death by his mother, father, and twin brother at birth.

Carrol “Pa” is survived by his wife Margaret Holley of Ogden, Utah; his brother William Holley of
Wichita Falls, Texas; a brother-in-law George Martinez (Gayle) of Henderson, Nevada; three sons: Billy
Holley of Stigler, Oklahoma; Robert Holley (Christine) of Carlin, Nevada; James Holley of Stigler,
Oklahoma; seven daughters: Shannon Webster of Stigler, Oklahoma; Danielle Ahrens of Siloam Springs,
Arkansas; Penny Ferguson of Poteau, Oklahoma; Jennifer Smith of Tallahassee, Florida; Lorena
Schlauger of Colorado; Teresa Foster (Chuck) of Mesa, Arizona; Tammy Duran-Martin (Beazer) of
Harrisville, Utah; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
