Charles Buren Jones

KAYSVILLE- A loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather Charles Buren Jones, 81, passed away August 13, 2008. Charles was born January 20, 1927 in Zavalla, Texas to Van Buren Jones and Eddie Mae Townsend. Charles was the eldest of four sons.

In 1948 Charles married the love of his life, Patsy Ruth Morris.

Charles retired from Teledyne Ryan after forty years of service.

He is survived by his wife; Patsy of sixty years, daughter's, Linda and Charlene. Three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two brother's, Robert and Billy.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, a granddaughter, his parents Van and Eddie Mae and youngest brother Jean.

The world today is a darker place without his presence. He will be missed by family and all who knew him. Not only did Charles love, he was loved very much in return.

There will be a Celebration of Charles life on Friday, August 15, 2008 from 10-12pm. at Aaron's Mortuary, 1600 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT.
