Cindy Ann Wagner unexpectedly passed away at her home on August 12,
2022. She was born in Ogden, Utah October 30, 1958, to Donald Earl and
Cleo Ann Wagner. She graduated from Ben Lomond High class of '77. She
worked for the IRS for 30+ years and while working there, she attended
and graduated from Stephens Henager College as a paralegal.
She was preceded in death by both parents, and her ex-husband Jeff
Ogden. Cindy is survived by her 3 brothers: Jason Wagner, Brent Wagner
(Sharon), Randy Wagner (LuAnn); her daughter Amber Ogden, four
grandchildren: Jaden Farr, Carson Farr, Brighton Farr, and a
granddaughter, a Great Grand Daughter, and two nephews. Cindy also had
many lifelong friends from high school and work.
Cindy rooted for the Dallas Cowboys. Why nobody ever knew, but she had
helmets, jerseys, and Cowboy knick-knacks throughout her house and hoped
to one day attend a game. This year she will probably be there. She also
enjoyed going out to eat and being with friends and family, especially
at the Utah Noodle Parlor, just for their shrimp. Cindy loved the
outdoors if just only going for a drive up in the mountains. She also
enjoyed boating, water skiing, and snow skiing at Snow Basin.
Her family will miss her dearly, but we are grateful for all the fond
memories we will always have of her. Cindy is now and forever resting
in peace. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to
the Make a Wish Foundation, or your charity of choice. Make-A-Wish's
website is wish.org or their mailing address is Make-A-Wish America,1702
East Highland Ave., Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85016. A memorial will be
announced and held at a later time.
