Clifford Eldon Child

In Loving Memory of Clifford Eldon Child who passed away June 1, 2025 at his home in Clinton, Utah. He was born on December 13, 1944 to Eldon Earl Child and Leona Essie Child in West Point, Utah.

Clifford served in the United States Army and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Clifford married Urai Chanthachit on March 11, 2005. They enjoyed being together, especially going on drives. He also loved spending time with his grandson, Clifford.

He is survived by his wife, Urai; daughter, Nancy (Kelly) McKinley; sons, Brett and Troy Child; sisters: Linda West, Judy Rees, Josephine (Leonard) Larsen and Susan Gale (Craig) Clendenen; brother-in-law, Wayne Brown; sister-in-law, Lynne Child.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Eldon E. Child and Leona E. Child; his sister and her husband, Barbara and Max Aubele; sister, Lawanna J. Brown; brother, Lynn Earl Child; brothers-in-law, Dennis K. West and Dexter Rees.

Graveside services with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday June 17, 2025 at 11 am at the Clinton City Cemetery, 813 North 750 West, Clinton, Utah 84015.
