Constance Hernandez

March 1, 1988 — July 19, 2023

My baby girl Constance "Connie" Hernandez came into this world March 1,1988 and left us July 19,2023. She leaves behind three beautiful sons; Xavier, Ezekiel, Zachias and a daughter Athena. Sisters Sasha, Hannah, Nia and her mommy Melisa Hernandez and nieces & nephews she adored and absolutely loved. Constance loved her children so much. She will be missed by us all. We love you my Connie. Until we meet again.

A service will be held at First Baptist Church 2519 Jefferson avenue Ogden,UT Friday August 4,2023 @ 11am.
