David James Johnson
January 9, 1973 — April 4, 2018
David passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 4, 2018 surrounded by his family.
David is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruth and Gordon Ferguson.
He is survived by his children: Dylon Opheikens, Natasha Johnson and Dominick Johnson; his siblings; and both of his parents, James Johnson and Ora Hurst.
A memorial service will take place Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, Utah.
