In Loving Memory of Dawn Walker Naylor

Dawn Walker Naylor, age 77, of Farmington ,Utah, passed away on May 30, 2025. She was born on June 5, 1947 to Verl A. Walker and Dorotha Green Walker at the Old Saint Benedict’s Hospital in Ogden, UT.

Dawn dedicated her life to music, and raising her ten adopted children. She graduated from Davis High School in 1965 and then Brigham Young University graduating with two degrees, one in Social Work and the other in Child Welfare and Development and found joy in her work as a Case Worker placing children of unwed mothers.

Her passions included Classical Piano which she studied with professors at the University of Utah and raising her adopted children. She was known for her participation in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which touched the lives of everyone she met. She was an animal lover and had a soft spot for her cats.

She is survived by her husband, David Dale Naylor of Farmington, UT; her sisters, Julia (Craig) Fisher of Morgan, UT and Reva (Craig)Taylor of Mt Green, UT; her stepdaughter, Valarie Ellen (Nick) Ditolla of Moorpark ,CA; her children: Lori Dawn Lemieux of Layton, UT, Lee Walker Naylor of Layton, UT, Travis Brian (KC),Naylor of Riverdale, UT, Paul David (Stephanie) Naylor of St. George, UT, Timothy James (Claudia) Naylor of Layton, UT, Cody Tyler Naylor of Reno ,NV, Jessica Marie (Daxton) Borup of Ogden, UT, Tyler Daniel Naylor of Gunnison, UT, Trey Ryan Naylor of Ogden, UT and her 23 grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Her memory will remain in our hearts always.
