Ernesto Ricardo Sandoval

October 1, 1936 — March 11, 2022

Ernesto R Tito Sandoval, 85, of Ogden, Utah passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 11, 2022. He was born October 1, 1936 in Oakland, California to Anna Hernandez and Juan Sandoval.
 
He married Mary Dominguez on November 11, 1961 in Carson City, Nevada. They were later divorced but still remained friends. His favorite hobbies were cooking, fishing, carving wood and drawing. He loved to cook for everyone. He had friends from all over young and old. He liked listening to jazz music. He also liked spending as much time as he could with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 Brothers, 1 sister, and two great-grandchildren: Manual J Sandoval, Raymond Sandoval, Paul Sandoval. David Sandoval, Gavino Garcia, Teresa Sandoval, Holly Sandoval, Isaac Sandoval and Isaiah Sandoval.  Ernesto had 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. His surviving children are Cookie Kelly Castro, Mary Sandoval. Ernie kristine Sandoval, Sylvia Sandoval. Pepe Sandoval  Valentina Sandoval. All of Ogden. Also surviving are 3 sisters Elvia Sanchez (Roseville, California), Beatrice Ruiz (Oakland, California), Rita Dixon (Ogden, Ut).
 
Viewing will be held Thursday, March 24th from 6 to 8 at Aaron's Mortuary (496 24th Street). A celebration of life luncheon will be held Friday, March 25th from 3 to 6 at the Glory be to God old Catholic church (375 Harrison blvd). We will have a burial at a later date.
 
May you rest in the arms of the Lord who formed you from the dust of the Earth. May Holy Mary, the angels, and all the saints welcome you now that you have gone forth from this life. May Christ who was crucified for you bring you freedom and peace. 
 
May Christ who died for you to admit you into his garden of paradise.
