Gilbert (Gibby) William Medina II

Gibby crossed over suddenly on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Gibby was born on Wednesday, August 24, 1983 to Gilbert Medina and Shirley Arguello in Layton, Utah.

There was never a dull moment with Gibbs around; from the time he could crawl he was full of mischief. Gibby had a fierce sense of loyalty to family and friends many of which he considered family. Gibbs was always the prankster who could make you laugh even if you were mad at him. Gibby married Rachel Herrera on Oct 13, 2003.

Gibby is survived by his wife, Rachel; his sons: Ricky, Devon and Ortega; also grandfather, Gilbert;  father, Gilbert; his mother, Shirley; his sisters, Jessica and Cecilia; his brothers: Santi, Fernando, Floyd, Wally, Antonio and Jason and Joshua (of New Zealand);many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Grandparents, Ruie and Floyd Arguello and Irene Marie Medina crossed over ahead of Gibby.

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018  from 6 to 8 pm with a service at 7 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street,  Ogden, Utah.
