Glenn H Craig

ROY- Glen H. Craig, 91 passed away Tuesday, 4/12/11 at Heritage Care Park.

Glen was born 3/24/1920 in Exeter, Calif. To Will H. and Myrtle Williams Craig.

Glen joined the Navy in 1942, being honorably discharged in 1945. After the Navy, he went to work for Douglas Aircraft, North American Aircraft as a supervisor, he and his crew went to Norton AFB working on B-45 Bombers. He then transferred to Hill AFB as a manager, where he worked in the Titan missile program. He held many positions in his tenure. Upon retirement from the government he worked for Max Factor.

He had a passion for raising great danes and he loved to garden. He married Thelma Plymate, together they had one son, Gary from Gualarla, Calif.

On Sept 1, 1987 he married Louella Nance, with this union he received five children: Juanita (Rollan) Clarke, UK; Bonnie (Mike) Terry, West Haven; Darrell Patrick, Draper; Julie (Jesse) Hoffman, Roy; Raymond (Lycia) Martinez, Clinton. Two special grandchildren, Caymon and Brennon.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; two sisters and one granddaughter Carolina Maestas Neves who passed away from cancer on April 9, 2011 in Caldwell, Idaho.

Glen's wishes were to have a private service with family. A celebration of his life will be at a later date.
