Hannah Grace Perry

Our darling daughter, Hannah Grace Perry, a tiny spirit who was eagerly awaited and so deeply loved, was born on October 6, 2025 at 11:09 pm. Hannah was called to return to her heavenly home only hours later, while resting in her father’s arms, at 5:05 am on October 7, 2025. Her perfect little presence, however fleeting, filled our world with love. We are forever changed and forever grateful to have spent this brief, but incredibly meaningful, time with Hannah. While we grieve the lifetime of moments we will never have on this earth, we hold on to the endless love and immense joy she brought into our family, including the hope and truth of our forever family to be together again. She will be eternally cherished by her loving parents, Mark and Cori Perry, and her big brother Andrew, who exclaimed “finally!” at the moment he knew she was coming.

A viewing for Hannah will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 10 to 11:30 am at the Smithfield South Stake Center, 451 South 250 East, Smithfield, Utah. Following, a graveside service will be held at the Smithfield Cemetery, 300 East Center Street, Smithfield, Utah.
