September 8, 2005 ~ February 23, 2021

 

            Hayley Ann Cook left this world to be with her Heavenly Father on February 23rd, 2021. She was born September 8th, 2005, to Jessica Cook and Randy Lynde.

Hayley was a beautiful, spirited girl full of smiles. She loved art, animals, camping, and watching movies and hanging out in her sweats or pj’s. Hayley loved all the beauty in this world.

She is preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother Kyle.

She is survived by her grandparents Lyle and Kathy Bair, Larry and Cindy Cook, and Joice Say, a sister, Angel Cook, a brother, Cole Cook, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by a special aunt and uncle, Jamie and Rick Blount of Syracuse, Utah. Hayley lived with them for several years in her younger life.

Thank you to our family for all your love and support.

Thank you to her family in Foster Care, the Christmas Box, Archway, Lexi and her crew at CPS, all of you were a big family for Hayley.

Thank you, Hayley from Grandma and Lyle, for your whole life on earth with us. You will be with us forever in our hearts will we see you again, Baby Girl, xoxo.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 beginning at 11am at the Washington Terrace 6th ward. 250 East 4700 South.

My heart is absolutely broken over this... There are no words. You are loved, always. I'm so thankful you are able to see your Mama again. You truly were put through so much for your age, and I'm so saddened it ended this way. You are loved and missed always. Fly high sweet girl.

I miss you hay hay Im so glad I got to meet such an amazing person like you I hope you are resting peacefully baby girl you are remembered deeply it hurts me to know you were hurting I love you hay bug and you made my time at the group home so much lighter you had such an amazing personality rest in the beautiful paradise you deserved
