Janet passed away on May 17, 2016. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts on April 20, 1921 to Raphael Minniciello and Rosina Guarina.
Janet graduated from Boston Business College. She met Don F. Blair in 1952 and they were married in 1954. They had one son, Don G. Blair of Mendon, Utah and Robert Albanese of San Francisco, California from a previous marriage.
Janet worked at Weber College as Veteran Coordinator , Ogden Police Department, Marquardt, Royal Mcbee and IRS.
No services will be held.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Alzheimer's fund or your favorite charity.
