Jennifer Barsell

Jennifer passed away at home, surrounded by her family and beautiful grandchildren by her side after a strong fight against stage 4 pancreatic cancer. She was 56 years old.

She was born July 26, 1969, to her beautiful mother Sherril Jean Adams Telford.

She worked at Deseret Industries for many years, before becoming a Manager at Denny’s. She did that for many many years. Everyone who worked with her or was lucky enough to be a regular customer absolutely loved her. Her section was always full! Before getting sick, she was a manager at Natural Grocers in Ogden, Utah. She busted her butt until she started treatment. Just like all of us, Jennifer had her strengths and challenges. But that never stopped her from being the most amazing grandma to her 13 grandchildren. That was honestly her greatest joy in life. She had 2 greatest loves in her life. At 14 she met David. They loved each other unconditionally until his passing in 2012. She then met her other love, Renn. They loved each other so much! Their favorite thing to do together was drive up to get their scratch off tickets in Idaho and stay at their favorite cabin in Manuta. Even when she became too sick to travel and couldn’t make the drive, he made sure to go up and get them for her. She is survived by her kids: Tyler Telford, Annjelina Telford, Shamara (Trevor) Fergeson, John (Anna) Telford, and Travis (Nikki) Berry; her sister, Michelle Savage; and brother, Travis (Jennifer) Telford; and 13 beautiful grandchildren. All of Utah. She was preceded in death by her mom, Sherril Telford; Love of her life, David Berry; her son, Justin Berry; and grandchild, Mikel Berry. We love you, Mom. We will all miss you so much. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
