Joey Frank Herrera

June 19, 1944 — May 25, 2009

Joey F. Herrera passed away at his home in Tooele, Utah on May 25, 2009. He was born June 19, 1944 to Joseph T. and Beatrice Cortez Herrera, in Ogden Utah.

He served his country in the Army from 1967 to 1969. He retired from Hill Air Force Base in 2006.

Joey enjoyed collecting firearms and tools. As well as prospecting, and playing with his two dogs. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Joey is survived by three sons; Paul ( Theresa) of Farr West, Andre ( Cindy) of West Jordan and Aaron ( Amy) of No. Ogden, also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Rosie Escobedo.

A Family and Friend gathering will be held Saturday, May 30th from 1-3 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 496th a€" 24th Street in Ogden.

Inurnment will be at Clearfield City Cemetery with Military Honors.

Cremation under the direction of Aarons Mortuary & Crematory
