Joe was the oldest brother of Mike Martinez (deceased) Ronnie Martinez (deceased) and Charlene Fisher (living) he enjoyed riding the bus and going out to eat with his brother Mike and being at home watching scary movies and cartoons and hanging out with his cousin Darlene and friends he will be greatly missed by many people.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd., Ogden.
