Linda Weldon

August 4, 1947 — July 28, 2022

Linda Weldon, 74 years of age, passed away Thursday,

July 28, 2022 peacefully in her home. Linda was born August

4, 1947 to the late Geneva and Louis Gallegos. She has five

wonderful siblings that she loved. Three of whom preceded

her in death, her brothers, Louie Gallegos, Joe Gallegos and

her sister Rebecca Trevino. Her two surviving siblings spent

her last days lovingly by her side. (Brother/spouse) Daniel

and Pat Gallegos, (sister/spouse) Joann and Joe Martinez.

Linda married her husband John Weldon April 2, 1977. He

cared for her every day until her last breath.

Linda was a firecracker with a heart of gold. She dedicated

her career to helping others, spending most of it at Ogden

Regional until her retirement. Everyone who met her felt

welcomed and loved. She was never afraid to speak her mind

standing up for the people she loved, and her beliefs.

Linda had five beautiful children. She was preceded in

death by her son Paul Gallegos. Her surviving children spent

her last days talking to her, sharing beautiful moments, and

letting her feel their love. (Daughter/spouse) Pepper and

Peter Barney, (son/spouse) Peppie and Maria Gallegos, (son/

spouse) Cecil and Jessica Tucker, and (son/spouse) Roy and

Kim Tucker.

Linda loved her grandchildren, cherishing every moment

she got to spend with them. She is survived by her many

beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be

remembered and missed by all who knew her.
