Louis Milford Page

January 21, 1940 — April 23, 2024

Louis Milford Page closed his toolbox for the last time in the early hours of April 23, 2024, after his short battle with the middle management of old age! He was born on January 21, 1940, to Milford and Janet Page in St. Anthony, Idaho. Lou lived a wildly fast paced life and was always on to his next adventure whether it be bicycling from Portland, Oregon to Guatemala or hiking to the top of Machu Picchu. He enjoyed "extreme skiing", wide open throttles, and reading. Lou was an avid learner, a remarkable student, excelled in mechanical engineering, and knew the right way to do anything was his way every time! He was obsessed with high performance motorcycles, building things, and anything nature related.

Lou's best accomplishments were being one of two of the most remarkable students his shop teacher in Juneau, Alaska had ever encountered, being recruited by Thiokol straight out of trade school due to his unbelievably high test scores and maintaining the title of Great Uncle. (HEAVY emphasis on the great!!!)

He mostly worshipped at the altar of the rotating wheel but always thanked God for giving him another day that was going to be so good words couldn't even begin to describe it.

Lou spent his last years living the life he'd missed out on by settling down in Ogden, Utah with his great niece and best friend, Jamie and her son, Jude. He slowed down, enjoyed a little yard work, ate some of the best cooking he'd ever had in his life, watched a little TV, and never passed up an afternoon bowl of ice cream. He will be missed by all those who came in contact with him but mostly his number one fan, Cincinnati.

Lou is survived by his loving siblings, Priscilla (Richard) Frost and Larry (Betsy) Page, and a daughter, Lynnette.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister.

We give our greatest thanks to Jamie, Janis, and Michelle at Symbii Home Healthcare and Hospice for the amazing care of Lou while his need for speed continued on his way out of this world.
