With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our Marc (Gord) Naranjo on March 5th, 2026, at the age of 53. Gord will be remembered for his loyal heart, his goofy sense of humor and the deep love he had for his family. He had a special way of making people laugh, his playful spirit brought light and joy to those around him. Above all else he was protective of the people he loved and always made sure his family knew. Whether it was offering guidance, sharing wisdom or simply being there when someone needed support. He had a way of giving advice that stayed with you long after the conversation ended. One of the greatest loves of his life was his mom Carole whom he cherished deeply. The bond they shared was truly special. He was tough and strong but when it came to his daughter Letti, his softness shined through. His love for her was constant, unconditional, and evident to everyone who knew him. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in the memories he gave us- the laughter, the lessons, and the unwavering love he showed his family. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the stories we tell, the advice we remember, and the love he shared with all of us. Marc is survived by his daughter Leticia (Nathan) Maes, his mommy Carole Espinosa Naranjo, his grandkids: Alejandro, Nathan Jr, Lewis, Summer and Myles, his siblings: Tami (Jack) Abbott, Mel, James (Che), and Paul (Christina), his special nephews Mario (Mod) Naranjo, Javier Perez and his special nieces: Felicia Naranjo, Christina (Scott) Perez, Alyssa Naranjo, Samantha (Diana) Ramirez. He is also survived by his grandmother Oralie Dominguez, and his significant other Leslie Borrego. He was preceded in death by his Father Willie Naranjo, his brother Marty Naranjo, his grandparents Mel and Simona Naranjo, and James and Mary Martinez. He will forever remain in our hearts. 2 Corinthians 5:8 To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
