Marilyn Beers Anderson

Marilyn Beers Anderson  passed away October 11, 2016 in Bountiful, Utah.  She was born on February 27, 1931 in Ogden, Utah to Arthur G and Hortense R. Beers.  She attended Polk Elementary, Central Jr. High and graduated from Ogden High School in 1949.  She received an Associates Degree from Weber College.

She married Jimmie D. Anderson in Elko, NV on June 5, 1951.  She was deputized as a Cruelty Investigator for the Ogden-Weber County Humane Society.  She was devoted to helping all animals.  She later worked at Wide Horizons Care Center, caring for the elderly and handicapped.

She is survived by her daughters, Lisa  Sargent and Laura Anderson; granddaughter, Elisha Sargent; and great-grandson, Odin Egbert.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 1 pm at the Farmington City Cemetery, 500 S. 200 E., Farmington, Utah 84025.
