Mary Gallegos

Mary L. Gallegos, 82, passed away October 8, 2017.  She was born April 16, 1935 in Lubbock, Texas to Pete and Sara Lovato.

Mary later moved to Utah with the love of her life Jerry Gallegos where they were married.  Mom was known for her tortillas, long nails and red lipstick.  She enjoyed dancing, cooking and having a cold one with her sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Gallegos; son, Elmer (Lett) Gallegos and daughter, Sarah (Joseph) Gallegos; 13 grandkids and 25 great-grandkids; her "baby boy" she would say, Schiles Z. Moncada; special daughter, Juanita Martinez; many nieces and nephews, family and friends

Mary  is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sons.

Funeral Mass will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, 4050 S 3900 W, West Haven, Utah, Friday, October 13, 2017 at 10 am.  A viewing will be held Thursday evening, October 12, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496, 24th St, Ogden, Utah.
