Our Angel, our Mother, Melisa Ann Hernandez came into this world on March 24, 1970, and left us on June 22, 2025.
She leaves behind 3 beautiful daughters: Sasha, Hannah, and Nia; and 11 grandchildren. She loved and adored her dogs, Bo and Charlie. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Constance.
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! His faithful love endures!
