Michael Lee Fronk, 70, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday November 16, 2025. Mike was born April 25, 1955, to Lewis Fronk and Shirley Fronk. Mike loved his dog Remi, loved to golf, and go camping. Mike worked at the IRS for 20 or more years, was also an active member and sponsor of AA. When Mike was younger, he really excelled at sales and owned/operated his own electronics business. Mike was married to Shelley Fronk for almost 30 years, and they later divorced. Mike was an avid reader of many books. He especially loved reading books about the history of our country. Mike also loved sports. Sports were very important to Mike’s life. He followed the Utah Jazz, New York Yankees, the Chicago Bears and many other sports. Mike could go back 30 years, tell you who played and give you the winners of the Super Bowl world series. Mike had a photo genic memory and could just rattle them off. He also loved sports as a kid, where he played little league baseball, and church basketball. He loved being a grandfather and often stated how much he adored his grandchildren, and how proud he was of them. Mike is survived by his son Cory Johnson, daughter in-law Kindi Johnson, his three Grandchildren, Tanis Johnson, Akira Johnson, and Maximus Johnson. He is also survived by his mother Shirley Fronk and his siblings, Ted and Kathy Fronk, Jeff and Judy Fronk, Lynda and Paul Eberle, Sherry Fronk, and his many nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his Grandfather William “Ted” Fronk and His Dad Lewis Fronk.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.
