Michael Steven Harvey

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Steven Harvey on January 14, 2026, his 81st birthday.

Mike was born in Santa Ana, California to Maurice J. (Mike) and Mary Harvey, growing up mostly around the Sacramento area.

Mike proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war. After his service he met and married his high school sweetheart, which produced his only child a son, Michael. Later he settled in San Diego where he lived for the rest of his life.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Maurice J. and Mary Harvey, and his siblings:  Michael Dennis, Jeffery, Gregory, Mary Catherine, and Pricilla. He is survived by his son Michael, two brothers Robert and John, and four nephews Brian, Gregory, Stephen and Kevin.
