Michael Rodger Hovater, Jr

Michael Rodger Hovater Jr. passed away in Ogden, Utah on Tuesday January 23, 2024. Michael was born on May 6,1971 to Deborah Marie and Michael Rodger Hovater Sr.  in Conoga Park California. 

Michael is survived by his mother, Debbie Hovater; sisters, Trina Bauer (John Eric) and Shanna Graves . Michael was preceded in death by his father "Mike" , both sets of grandparents and many aunts and uncles. 

Michael was a talented artist as well as a fantastic cook that completed the Culinary Arts Program. He loved fishing, camping and being out doors. Michael loved his family and children very much. He had a very close relationship with his sister Trina and his best friend and cousin Loney Child. Michael was loved very much and will be greatly missed.
