With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Dan Hutchinson, a beloved son, father, brother, cousin, uncle, grandson and friend. Michael passed away on January 10, 2026.
Michael was born on February 9, 1990, in Ogden, Utah, to William and Sherry Hutchinson. He was one of four children and spent his life rooted in the communities of Ogden and Tremonton. He attended Ogden High School and remained close to home throughout his life.
Michael had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing whenever he could. He especially cherished time spent with his family, whether gathering for barbecues or simply being together. Family was truly the center of Michael’s life. He also had a passion for working on bikes and cars—his favorite being a Honda Civic—and possessed a natural talent for home repairs and remodeling.
Those who knew Michael will remember him for his infectious sense of humor and his never-ending pranks, which brought laughter and joy to everyone around him.
Michael was preceded in death by his son, Robert Armando William Hutchinson; his nephew, Jeremy Lynn Westmoreland Jr.; his grandparents, William James Hutchinson Sr., Margret Hill, Marcella Kennedy, and Bill Kennedy; and his cousin, Jeffery Lynn Sims.
He is survived by his children, Melina, Michael Jr., Gracen, and Isaiah; his parents, William and Sherry Hutchinson; grandparents, Margaret and Stan Senter; his siblings, David, Angel, Sheree, Louis, Amber, and Jeremy; along with many cherished nieces and nephews.
The family sincerely thanks the Tremonton City first responders for their professionalism and compassion, along with everyone who helped prepare the services and generously contributed through donations, support, and acts of kindness.
Please contact the family for information regarding funeral services.
