Quana passed away at University of Utah Medical Center on Monday.

She lived in Ogden, UT.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, Febuary 1, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory 1600 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT.

Funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Chapel on 24th St. in Ogden, UT.

Interment will be in Burlington, Wyoming on Febuary 4, 2009.
