Randy grew up in Sunset, Utah and attended Clearfield High School. Randy grew up spending his summers in Wyoming helping his grandpa Leland run sheep and helping him with his garbage route. Randy loved to hunt, fish, golf with his buddies and go camping, ride horses, and spend time with his family. He loved all animals, but especially horses. Randy was also a big fan of country music and rock n’ roll. Randy later became a plumber and ran his own company, Thee Plumbing Company. He was the best plumber around.
Randy married Cindy Ann Schell on August 4, 1978 and together they had two children, Nicole Joann Fisher and Jeremiah Jack Fisher. Randy and Cindy later divorced in 2000.
Randy is remembered for his fun-loving, goofy personality, his dinner prayer, his love for his family, and his hatred for the band Queen. Randy was always the life of the party. As Randy would say, have “just one more.”
Randy is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Bette, stepmom Marilyn, sister Reggie, grandson Braxton, nephew John and his daughter Karsin, brother-in-law Paul Della Silva, and Bob Nelson. He is survived in death by his siblings Joan and Lee, his half-sister Catherine Howe, his children Jay and Nicole, his grandchildren: Dakota (Rylie), Raegan, Kaden, Chase, and Emree, great-grandchildren Xaidan and Henley; his nieces: Arissa (Ian), Whitney, and Karly, many great-grandnieces and nephews, John Martinez and 3 step-brothers: Dave, Dean, Dennis Miller.
No funeral will be held and the family will instead have a celebration of life to honor Randy. The date is to be announced. In lieu of sending flowers please consider making a donation in Randy’s honor to First Tee, a charity golfing organization for children.
