He passed on February 9, 2023.
Kim was born and raised in Ogden, Utah graduating from Bonneville High in 1974. At age 21 he became a police officer for North Ogden City. Later Kim purchased 25th Street Pawn and Loan in downtown Ogden which he owned and operated for over 30 years.
Kim is survived by 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
