The Music Man Played His Last Song

April 12, 1945 – May 28, 2016

Our beloved father, brother, uncle, friend and dear husband passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side.  He was born in Ogden to Ella and Richard Barlin.

He retired from Lockheed Martin after 37 years of employment.  He enjoyed music and detailing his vehicles.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Tammy; his son Frank Brown; daughter, Crystal Rice; and two grandchildren, Alexis Romero and Cory Rice; his three siblings, Rufus, Richard, and Ellen Head; and his many beloved nieces and nephews.

  At Sam’s request, no services will be held.
