Severiano Gutierrez J.R.

Severiano Gutierrez "J.R", 68 years old, passed away on February 8th. He had a long battle with many health issues and covid was too much to fight off. He was born August 12th 1952 in San Angelo, TX to Fernanda and Severiano Gutierrez. Lived most of his life in Ogden, Utah and worked many years at Pillsbury before retiring due to an injury.

JR loved motorcycles, shopping, gambling, drinking soda and watching action movies with his nephews Tony and Samulito Martinez. There are also several fond memories of him introducing his daughter, Sindi, to playing poker and watching boxing. He loved to spoil people he cared for. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother Fernanda Gutierrez and brother Daniel L Gutierrez. He is survived by his daughter Sindi (Travis) Snow, granddaughter, Dahlia, sister Sylvia (Arnold) Escobedo, brothers Jesse Gutierrez and Daniel Salinas and many nieces and nephews. 

Services will not be held due to global pandemic. There will be a celebration of JR's life at a later time.
