Sherman Roy McKendrick

Sherman Roy McKendrick 63, was born September 22, 1955 to Sherman EmRoy McKendrick and Twila Mae McKendrick. He passed away Saturday September 14, 2019. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend.

He spent most of his life driving truck, it was his passion. He has owned two semi’s and two trucking companies during his career. He always said it was in his blood.

He is survived by his wife Debra, two sisters Lori Fritz and Kay Fellows, his children Sunny Parkinson, Robby McKendrick, and Terrence McKendrick, two step-children he raised as his own since they were toddlers Brandy Barber and Stanley Barber, 14 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild.   He is prceded in death by his parents, two grandchildren Lexi Blair Cawley and Jace Nathan Kirby.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday September 21, 2019 at the LDS Church 789 Wasatch Dr. Layton, UT 84041 from 3-4 pm. . Roy has chosen to be cremated.
