Shirley Rae Morguecho

Shirley Rae Starcher, 74, born on March 17, 1950, 1 of 4 daughters born to Genevieve Norman, in Charleston, West Virginia, sadly passed away on March 26, 2024, at home from natural causes.

She is survived by her husband, Pedro Morguecho; 2 daughters, Naomi Rae Saulsbury (That guy Tom) and Nancy Ellen (Josh) Vest; 4 granddaughters: KaLa Rae, Daisy Rae, Alexis Vanessa, and Lily Anna; 2 great-granddaughters, Serenity and Lilith; and 2 sisters, Lorraine (WV) and Dena (FL).
