November 28th 1961 – September 3rd 2022 Stan Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family due to his long battle with Huntington’s Chorea and Kidney Disease.
Born in Park View, New Mexico to Jose Frutoso and Lugarda Herrera Valdez. He had 14 brothers and sisters who all loved him dearly. On September 21st 1985 He married Terri (Casida) Valdez, they were married for 25 Years and remained friends for 16 more years before divorcing. They will always have a special bond.
Stan loved so many things from lowriders to motorcycles. He owned a Harley-Davidson, Jesse James and multiple other vehicles. He loved camping and being the “fire-walker”, fishing, hunting, hiking and 4 wheeling up in the mountains. The outdoors is where he was the happiest. He loved dancing with pretty women from country music to rock-n-roll. He attended many concerts and events. He always showed up for birthday parties, BBQ’s and family gatherings with stories of his past that would have everyone rolling in laughter. He was always there for his friends and family and would give the shirt off of his back for anyone who needed it.
He was a handyman of all trades; experienced in advanced carpentry and road construction. Taking on all sorts of jobs over the years of building, painting, and moving. Hobbies included collecting antiques, working on bikes, cars and motorcycles.
Stanley was loved by so many and will be deeply missed by all! We know our Lord in Heaven will take good care of him. We love you, Dad!

He is survived by 9 siblings Leora Medina, Alfonzo Valdez, Isabel (Liz) Perez, Bernice Gomez, Clara (Genaro) Valenciano, Aurelia Re’ Valdez-Guardado, Jeronimo (Kris) Valdez, Edward (Bobby) Valdez, Pamela Valdez Acosta, brothers-in-laws Ervey Esquivel and Manuel Acosta, Sister-in-law Robin Valdez
Stan is also survived by his 6 children who he loved so much! Truedy (James) Salas, Dustan Davis, Rudy (Sonia) Casida, Vanessa Valdez, Morgan (Merina) Valdez, Irene Valdez
13 Grandkids Mauricio, Daisha, Daizee, Adreein, Capree, Mia, Anysia (Dezmond) Gabriel, Rudy, Marisa, Esella, Savanna, Brooklyn and 1 great granddaughter Armaniee. He was their Crappa Stan and always will be.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant siblings, his sisters Magdelene “Nena” Valenzuela and Sandra Esquivel. Brother Philip Valdez. Brothers-in-law Joe Gomez and Johnny Perez. Sister-in-law Juana Valdez, Grandson Deven Gallegos Nieces Linda Gomez and Mariana Acosta, Nephews Chris Valdez, Johnny Knight, Jory Martinez, Phillipe Valdez and Anthony Dean Valdez
