With deep love and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Susan Kay Frazier, who left this world on September 11, 2025, at the age of 63. A beloved mother, grandmother, partner, and friend, Susan’s life was defined by her devotion to family, her strength of spirit, and her unwavering support for those she loved.

Born on June 25, 1962, Susan built a life of purpose and integrity. She retired from Hill Air Force Base after over 36 years of distinguished service, during which she received numerous awards and recognitions for her dedication, leadership, and tireless work ethic. Her contributions left a lasting mark on all who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Above all else, Susan’s greatest joy was being a mother and grandma. Her heart belonged entirely to her daughters and grandchildren. She could always be found cheering from the sidelines at their games, offering her love and support in ways both big and small. Her presence was constant, her pride immeasurable, and her love unconditional.

Susan is survived by her daughters: Krystal Dahl (Daren), Dona Eborn (Jarom), and Dedra Zarkou (Carey); her loving fiancé Frank Tingey; her 7 cherished grandchildren and great granddaughter; her brother Marvin Price; and many other loved ones whose lives she touched deeply.

She is welcomed into heaven by her husband Dan Frazier, her mother Dona Price, father Carl Price, mother-in-law Mary Garcia, her brother Mike Price, sister Carla Price, and her dear niece and daughter in heart, Jeni Child.

Susan lived a beautiful life filled with love, service, and impact. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and the kind of quiet loyalty that changes lives. All who knew her felt her warmth and are better for having shared in her journey.

In accordance with Susan’s wishes, no formal services will be held. She asked that those who knew her celebrate her life in the memories they made together, in laughter, in stories, and in the love that continues to live on.

To honor her memory, the family will be holding a purple balloon release on September 27th at 12:00 PM. Anyone who would like to participate is invited to release a purple balloon with a message to Susan at that time, from wherever you are. It is a simple, loving tribute to a beautiful soul who will always be remembered.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
