Troy Moss

Troy was born to JoAnn Gallegos Moss and Darrell Moss on March 19th 1988. For many years he was the baby of the family. He was loved so deeply. He was such a joy to be around, and he could always get you to smile even when you didn't want to. He really was that one person who could brighten your day!

Troy had struggles in life. Addiction took over his life at a very young age. When what he thought would be a good time ended up being a lifetime of being help captive by drugs. He tried time and time again to get it right. But the demon of addiction always took over. Troy had a very sweet soul, but for whatever reason he was never able to overcome the chains of addiction. Which ultimately took his life. The night his journey ended, he took a piece of many hearts with him. 

Addiction is NOT prejudice. Troy was a beautiful soul, and meant well. But heroin didn't care. But he finally gets to be at peace. We are so very heartbroken, yet so grateful that he finally gets to fly high without the deep pain that he lived in this life. He know gets to be with our mom and dad. 

Troy is survived by his children, Julian, Nathan, And Troy Jr. His brothers Travis Moss, Tyler Moss(Jaden) Kaden Burelson (Sammie) sisters Sara Hill (John) and Shalae Christensen (Colby) His grandmother Beatrice Larsen. He leaves behind a very great friend Erin Whiteley. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He preceded in death with his dad Darry, Moss and  his mother, Joann Moss.

Until we see you again we just hope you will Fly High and be at peace.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 at 10 am at St Mary's Catholic Church,  4050 S. 3900 W, West Haven, Utah.   Friends may visit with family Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 6 to 8 pm with "sharing of memories"  at 7 pm at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.
