William Paul Burt

Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, William P. Burt, 85 passed away on June 4, 2013. He was a man who is a wonderful example of what more men should be.

Bill was born on March 5, 1928 in Brigham City, the second of six children to Charles W. Burt and Mary B. Burt. He married the love of his life, Phyllis Green. They were married for 65 years and had three children.

He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 45 years. All his life, he also helped his mother with his father's cherry orchard.

Bill is survived by his lovely wife, Phyllis Green; daughters, Paula (Neil) Larsen and Peggy (Todd) Berry; five grandsons (which Dad insisted on), Brent (Doreen) Larsen, Eric Larsen, Jeremiah (Sandy) Kite, C.W. Larsen (deceased), and Joshua (Shawna) Kite; ten great-grandchildren; one sister, and four brothers.

He was preceded in death by his son, Chuck and grandson, C.W.
