William David Mills passed away in Ogden on October 3, 2009. He was born on May 13, 1970 to Deloy R. and Wanda L. Leggett Mills in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his parents, one son Alexander Mills, two nephews; Deloy and Joshua Peel, grandfather Bobby Leggett, one sister Jenness Bailey.

David was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandmother.

There will be graveside services on Friday, October 9, 2009 at 1:00p.m. - Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd. Ogden, UT.

Cremation is under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary & Crematory.
