My name is $hawn $ickles.
I left this earth on June 24, 2020 at my apartment of Heart Failure, I was born on March 5, 1972 weighing in at 9 lbs 3.5 oz, 20 inches long Pretty much from there wherever there were kids, I was always the biggest in my school and sports. One time prompting a man to ask my Mom if she had her bodyguard with her. We laughed about that.
I grew up on Roy and Ogden, attending South Jr High, playing on the football team, we won the championship that year!! From there, I attended Bonneville and Ben Lomond High. I worked at many jobs around town.
I love my family, friends, fishing, music, sports, animals.
I believe in God and I know that there will be a complete family and friends gathering again in heaven. My brother Lonnie and many more are already there.
Like my Mom, one of my favorite lines in the Lord’s Prayer is “Lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil.”
For me my evil was an illness, an addition that made my life feel like I was on a roller coaster ride 24/7. I was also addicted to laughter, enjoying life, going places, concerts, parties or just taking a ride. The more the merrier.
Thanks you to my sisters and brothers in the NA and AA programs. When I experienced success, it was because of the meeting and your wise words that help me find myself. I shared many good times with many great people.
I am survived by Mama Bear (Chrystine), DaddyO Scott, Dad Larry Sickles. Siblings: Sharla Hill, Jennifer Sickle, Cody Sickles and Travis King. I am proud to be Uncle $hawn and Great-Uncle $hawn to many – and I also have many Aunts and Uncles. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa King for showing me love.
So take care of yourselves and others. I am in no pain or confusion – Right On!
Mama Bear – read your book, it will help you
Daddy O – take good care of Mama Bear
Bye for now, with Love, $hawn $ickles
